Heirloom tomato seed varieties are chosen for outstanding flavor and texture. Organic Red Brandywines are the favorite for a satisfying tomato sandwich. Amish Paste tomatoes are surprisingly good fresh, but their rich taste and dense texture are perfect for sauces and canning. San Marzanos--a low-acid Italian plum tomato with thin skin, few seeds and a bright, enduring flavor makes them great for pizza sauce. The organic Large Red cherry tomatoes are sweet and tangy and they go in everything. Our smallest--an organic Yellow pear tomato--is a fruity, low-acid tomato variety which is quick to produce and harvest.
